Rosy Rhubarb


  • 40 ml Rabarcello
  • 20 ml strong vanilla & passion fruit tea
  • 20 ml fresh rhubarb juice
  • 10 ml Monin rose syrup
  • allspice/pimento
  • rose leaves
  • fresh rhubarb stem

Shake all ingredients with half a teaspoon of allspice over ice. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Decorate with rose leaves and rhubarb stem.
