  • vanilla sugar
  • 80 ml Rabarcello
  • 20 ml cinnamon syrup
  • prosecco

Decorate the edge of a chilled glass with a mix of cinnamon powder and vanilla sugar. Shake Rabarcello over ice with cinnamon syrup. Strain into glass and top off with a splash of prosecco.
