Slice an apple very thinly and dry slices overnight in the oven at 50ºC.
Glue a raspberry with jam to the bottom of a martini glass. Shake Rabarcello over ice with sake, St-Germain, Galliano, lime juice and pomme verte syrup. Fine strain into the martini glass and decorate with an apple crisp.
